Whilst there can be challenges with managing your own property, we have seen an increase in the amount of self managing or “Let Only” landlords over the years. This is an alternative to the Full Management Service, where we take care of everything up until the tenant moves in, then we hand the management back to the landlord.
This option has a different cost structure, though can be more cost effective in the long run if you have time and knowledge as a landlord to manage a property day to day.
